About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between Tendril and prospective customers. You'll generate qualified opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting while building meaningful conversations with decision-makers. You'll work directly with experienced sales leaders, receive ongoing coaching, and have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive or sales leadership role.

What You'll Do
Run high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn




Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers
Qualify inbound leads and uncover new business opportunities
Build genuine relationships with prospects and understand their needs
Partner closely with Sales Executives to build pipeline
Consistently hit and exceed activity and performance targets
What You Bring
Native or near-native English proficiency
2+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
Proven cold calling and objection-handling skills
Experience doing outbound and cold calling in English with US-based clients
Track record booking meetings with decision-makers
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar
Curiosity, coachability, and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
Valid visa and ability to travel to the US for trade shows is a plus
