This is a hands-on senior paid media role focused on driving measurable growth for home services businesses through performance marketing. You will own Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Display, and Shopping, with Google Local Services Ads as a core area of responsibility. The role combines strategic planning, daily optimization, rigorous testing, budget management, and performance analysis. You will connect campaign activity directly to meaningful business outcomes, including qualified leads, booked jobs, ROAS, and cost per acquisition. You will also collaborate on Meta advertising, landing pages, offers, and lead follow-up systems to build stronger acquisition programs. The idóneo candidate is an experienced PPC professional who can independently manage multiple accounts and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced agency environment.

Accountabilities




Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping as required, from account structure and setup through ongoing optimization.
Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads profiles, including budgets, bids, lead quality, dispute submissions, and Google Guaranteed or Google Screened compliance.
Develop and manage complementary Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Structure campaigns and conduct rigorous A/B testing across ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and other campaign variables.
Monitor budgets, bids, performance, and spend allocation in real time to protect ROAS and cost per lead.
Analyze the full customer acquisition journey, connecting advertising performance to qualified leads, booked jobs, and other meaningful business outcomes.
Build and maintain clear performance reports for internal teams and client-facing reviews.
