Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the daily execution of Funding and Contract review activities to ensure adherence to
established processes, identifying operational improvement opportunities, supporting audits, and fostering a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
This role provides guidance, coaching, performance management, and operational support to ensure quality,
productivity,



and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
Key Tasks:
Lead, supervise, and support daily Funding operations, ensuring contracts are accurately
reviewed, processed, funded, and documented according to regulatory and company
requirements.
Oversee contract audits, pricing validation, document management, and Funding controls to
mitigate operational risk. Act as discounting support on a daily baisis.
Monitor operational metrics, productivity, quality and funding performance while implementing
corrective actions when necessary.
Act as the primary escalation point for Dealers, DFMs, Sales, Credit, and internal stakeholders to
resolve issues.
Profile:
Education •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
· High proficiency in the English language and minimum of A2 French level.
· Previous Funding/discounting experience.
· Knowledge of US and Canadian financing markets.
