The Control Engineer III is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving automation and control solutions that ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, process improvement, root cause analysis, and documentation management to enhance equipment reliability, process performance,



and production quality. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects, control system modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About Your Role
Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives, servo systems, machine vision systems, industrial networks, and automated equipment.
Develop, test, validate, and document control system modifications following plant standards and change management procedures.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing scrap, downtime, process variation, and operational errors.
Maintain updated backups of programs, machine parameters, recipes, and configurations to ensure equipment recoverability.
Implement interlocks, alarms, poka-yokes, and traceability systems to protect critical product and process characteristics.
