About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact
between our clients and prospective customers. You'll make 400+ outbound calls
weekly, generating qualified opportunities while building meaningful
conversations with decision-makers. You'll work directly with experienced sales
leaders, receive ongoing coaching, and have a clear path to grow into an Account
Executive or sales leadership role.

This role is built for high-volume outbound — if you thrive on a fast pace and

What You'll Do

* Make 400+ outbound calls weekly via phone,



email, and LinkedIn
* Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers
* Qualify inbound leads and uncover new business opportunities
* Build genuine relationships with prospects and understand their needs
* Partner closely with Sales Executives to build pipeline
* Consistently hit and exceed activity and performance targets

What You Bring

* Native or near-native English proficiency
* 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
* Proven cold calling and objection-handling skills
* Experience doing outbound and cold calling in English with US-based clients
* Track record booking meetings with decision-makers
* Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or
similar
* Curiosity, coachability, and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales
career
* Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
* Valid visa and ability to travel to the
