The Manager Total Rewards Northern Cone is responsible for administering and maintaining systems that support Total Rewards programs, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, and Rewards & Recognition. Oversees HR systems, projects, and processes, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, and user adoption. Develops and communicates key metrics and insights to support HR and business decision-making, while partnering with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with general Total Rewards policies and compliance requirements.
Work Location & Modality : Although this is a hybrid role, candidates must be willing to travel within the following places: Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City), San Luis Potosi, and El Salto – Jalisco. 3 to 4 days in the office.

What You Will Do
Conduct compensation and benefits studies, market benchmarking, and trend analyses to support the development of competitive Total Rewards strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent.
Design, implement, and maintain compensation policies, job evaluation frameworks, career structures, and total remuneration programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Recommend and manage variable pay programs, including annual incentive, sales incentive, merit, and recognition plans, to align employee performance with organizational objectives.
Perform compensation analyses and provide recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, market alignments, and external hiring decisions.
Oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programs and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring system effectiveness, compliance, vendor performan
