To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineering Data Analyst located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Business Excellence, the Industrial Engineering Data Analyst located role involves: Analyze and transform Industrial Engineering and manufacturing data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Support General Industrial & Systems Engineering initiatives by developing scalable data solutions for work measurement, standard time development, productivity improvement, labor planning,



and Industry 4.0 deployment.
What a typical day looks like:
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business and operational decisions.
Build and deploy machine learning models for manufacturing and business applications.
Establish and maintain data governance, data quality, and data integrity standards.
Integrate manufacturing data from multiple enterprise systems and production environments.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Analyze the work measurement and productivity database.
Support capacity planning and manufacturing resource optimization.
Analyze production routing and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Apply data-driven methodologies to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements.
