Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll do:
- Prepare employment offers, contracts,



and related documentation.
- Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Track completion of onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Generate reports and update recruitment metrics.

Skills & Requirements:
- Ensure recruitment records comply with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.
- Assist with recruitment projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment legislation, company policies, and privacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and confidential records.
