We are looking for a reliable, organized, and fluent English-speaking Dispatcher to join our team in Tijuana.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls.
- Dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians.
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the day.
- Update customers and partner companies on job progress.
- Ensure every job is completed successfully.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
