- Skills & Requirements:




- Onboarding & Pre-Employment: Initiate and track pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings.
- Job Postings: Post open requisitions on internal and external job boards, university career sites, and niche recruiting portals.
- HR & IT Hand-off: Partner with HR Operations, IT, and Hiring Managers to ensure offer letters, equipment provisioning, and new-hire paperwork are completed ahead of Day 1.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in scheduling and administrative workflows to propose standard operating procedure (SOP) updates.
