Main responsabilities
- Support Portfolio Manager in execution of the CMVD portfolio strategy for the assigned specialty.

Contribute with Portfolio Manager to the preparation of Brand Plans by collecting market insights, competitor intelligence, customer feedback, and business performance data.

Develop a strong understanding of products, therapeutic areas, customer needs, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborating with Medical, Access, Sales, BEX, L&D;, and Engagement Solutions in the implementation of cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Ensure timely implementation of marketing activities defined in the Brand Plan supporting Portfolio Manager.

Monitor the execution and performance of promotional and communication campaigns, events, roundtables, summits, symposiums, and congress activities working closely with Event Associate, Marketing Analysis,



Engagement Solutions Leader and Portfolio Manager.

Conduct field visits with sales representatives to evaluate campaign effectiveness, gather customer insights, and identify improvement opportunities to provide continuous feedback for Portfolio Managers.

Track key project milestones and coordinate follow-up actions with the Marketing Analyst and cross-functional teams.

Collaborating with Portfolio Manager in the execution of initiatives involving national medical societies, HCP and TAEs

Cocreation with Product Manager and Engagement Solutions Leader of promotional material development with third parties (drafts materials, references, design and production).

Manage with Marketing Analysis the approval processes through PromoMats and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
