Job Description:
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Finance department in the analysis, control and follow-up of the hotel’s financial information, ensuring reliable data, timely reporting and clear visibility of Hyde’s operational performance.

This role supports budgeting, forecasting,



monthly closing, variance analysis, expense control, reconciliations, financial reporting and key business performance tracking. The position requires an analytical, organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with operational departments to support financial decision-making.

Duties & Functions
- Support the preparation, review and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Analyze revenues, expenses, costs, margins and variances against budget, forecast and historical results.
- Monitor hotel financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Support monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate integration of financial and operational information.
- Prepare variance analysis and clear explanations for relevant differences in revenues, costs and expenses.
