- The Supply Register is working in partnership with the Odyssey Collaborative Trust to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school in Derby.

This is a full-time role starting in September and is idóneo for a confident and experienced HLTA who enjoys supporting pupils across the primary age range while working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

About the Role
- As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work alongside class teachers, deliver targeted interventions,



and provide classroom cover when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities
- Provide whole-class cover when required
- Lead small-group and intervention sessions
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and school leaders
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a UK primary school
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Confidence leading a class independently
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
