Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Plans and prepares production programs for the manufacturing of products, to meet the master production plan of the assigned area through the maximization of the productivity levels.
- Controls the work orders in his/her area.
- Coordinates with engineering, materials, quality and maintenance departments to continuously
- improve the performance in his/her area.
- Creates the production plan to establish the sequence and time required from each operation
- to meet shipping dates based on sales forecasts and orders from clients. Analyzes the
- production requirements in regards to direct personnel and processes to optimize the available
- capacity of his/her area.
- Expedites operations that are delaying the program and changes programs according to
- unexpected conditions.
- Prepares production reports.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the organization.





Experiência y requisitos
- Professional Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within Production Control Systems, preferrable in manufacturing medical devices companies.
- English, advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).
- Knowledge in ISO13485.
