CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking for a Full Stack Engineer Level III in Mexico with at least 5+ years of professional experience in delivering quality software, ideally across the full stack. Depending upon expertise, strong candidates may additionally be given further responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
- Build and enhance modern front-end features using React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Contribute to backend development usingRESTful APIs when required.
- Translate business requirements, wireframes, and technical designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable production-ready code.
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Write automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.




- Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers.
- Follow secure coding practices and modern software engineering standards.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices to support software delivery.
- Monitor applications using observability and logging tools to maintain production stability.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.

Requirements
- Applicants must currently reside in Mexico. Candidates located outside Mexico will not be considered.
- 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, and Node.js.
