Job Description

HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM OOB processes end‑to‑end: procurement intake / ordering alignment, stockroom setup and inventory operations, asset allocation/deployment/assignment, maintenance / refresh, retirement / disposal.
- Configure and manage stockrooms, transfer orders, inventory movement,



check‑in / check‑out and related inventory controls.
- Set up and govern hardware models, model categories, manufacturers and standardization rules.
- Ensure hardware asset records align with CMDB CIs (data quality, duplication controls, lifecycle alignment).
- Support operational readiness through runbooks, documentation and stakeholder training for asset teams.

SAM (Software Asset Management) – OOB Implementation
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM OOB capabilities: software model/catalog setup, normalization concepts, entitlement tracking, license/compliance reporting.
- Build and govern the software catalog and maintain data quality for software models and discovery/inventory sources.
- Support implementation for Tier‑1 publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, IBM, including required configuration and compliance inputs.
