ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Senior Manager - Sales to expand and strengthen Branding and Performance business growth in the Mexico market.

This is a branding-first role with strong emphasis on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions,



while also leveraging Mobile & Web Performance opportunities to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong agency and client relationships, and the ability to build strategic, revenue-driven partnerships across Mexico.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand and strengthen branding-led revenue growth in Mexico with primary focus on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions.
- Manage, and expand strong relationships with top media agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers in the Mexico market.
- Identify and unlock new branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems.
- Strategically pitch and position Xapads’ branding solutions including CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Digital Brand formats.
- Leverage performance expertise (Mobile & Web) to capture additional budgets and grow overall revenue.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding
