What will you do?
- Install, service, repair, and maintain BMS systems and related building equipment.
- Support the design and execution of service, maintenance, and retrofit projects.
- Carry out site surveys and dilapidation reports as part of project and service delivery.
- Inspect BMS-controlled equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements where needed.




- Test and commission systems and support 3rd party integration activities.
- Build programming logics and graphics for digital solutions.
- Respond to service needs, diagnose faults, and support corrective actions on site.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day contract activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, time sheets, and as-built documentation.
- Work in line with safety, quality, KPI, and SLA expectations.
