Infrastructure Automation Engineer (IaC)

Danfoss IT is building new inhouse services and step into the journey of Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The IaC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure using code-based practices. This role requires a strong understanding of Storage, Networking and Compute areas from the perspective of automation and DevOps principles. The idóneo candidate will have experience with various IaC tools and a passion for creating scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and Implementation:Design, develop, and implement infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Automation:Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Tooling:Utilize IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager to manage and deploy infrastructure.
- Collaboration:Work closely with development, operations,



and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Security:Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure architecture, tools, and processes.
- Version Control:Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track infrastructure changes.

What We're Looking For
- Experience:Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- IaC Tools:Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
- Cloud Platforms:Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Scripting:Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Po
