What You'll Do
- Optimize and troubleshoot SQL Server databases in enterprise environments.
- Monitor database performance and resolve availability and performance issues.
- Perform SQL query optimization, index tuning, and execution plan analysis.
- Collaborate with general development and infrastructure teams to improve database performance.
- Support capacity planning, cloud cost optimization, and database security initiatives.
- Contribute to High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
- Provide technical consulting and mentor team members on database best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a SQL DBA or Database Administrator.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SQL Server (primary focus).
- Experience with database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of database internals and enterprise database environments.




- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
- Cloud or database certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle) are a plus.
