Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities and partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and People & Culture teams throughout the hiring process.
- Review and administer requisition approval workflows while ensuring timely processing of new hiring requests.
- Coordinate offers, start dates, and onboarding activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, job descriptions, background check documentation, and new hire paperwork.
- Monitor background screening processes, obtain required approvals, and maintain confidential candidate records.
- Support vendor coordination and ensure compliance with company recruiting and background check procedures.
- Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and documentation to support operational excellence and business reporting.
- Administer candidate expense reimbursement processes when applicable.
- Support recruitment operations by assisting with requisition assignments, reporting, and recruiting projects.
- Mentor and assist in onboarding new Recruiting Coordinators as needed.
