Ensures reliable operation of equipment, effective communication on safety, and high standards of customer service, while accurately managing parts, documentation, and compliance with JBT policies.### Position ObjectiveProvide maintenance and service to JBT rental and/or sold equipment (citrus juice extractors and ESS support equipment) installed at various customer facilities in the region. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting the supply of spare parts, promoting a strong safety culture,



and delivering excellent customer service.### Key Responsibility Area #1: Customer Service / MCCA Supply Chain (E)* Follow up on maintenance activities, spare parts supply, and identification of customer needs with plant, production, and maintenance managers.* Ensure the supply chain for spare parts for rental equipment (EJ and ESS), maintaining local stock levels to achieve delivery times shorter than factory lead times and aligned with customer requirements.* Perform on-site service to ensure high-quality customer support for mechanical and electrical maintenance of rental equipment in the region.* Assume responsibility for JBT equipment (rented or sold) during the assigned shift and at the customer site, ensuring equipment is kept in optimal operating condition.* Complete or assist in completing internal and external checklists and service reports, and submit them to the Service Coordinator or Supervisor i
