Position Overview

The Implementation Consultant serves as a strategic partner for clients with moderately complex client needs.



You’ll lead consultative discovery sessions to design customized system configurations that drive efficiency and maximize value. With a focus on accurate data conversion and seamless client onboarding, you'll balance legacy data, validate configurations, and provide proactive support throughout implementation. This role requires strong analytical thinking, client relationship skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Guadalajara, MEX location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation processes to ensure accurate and complete data integration into the HCM software.
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather and analyze their business requirements related to the specific HCM function
