We’re now looking for a Growth Hacker – Marketer based in LATAM to join this exciting journey.
You’ll combine your digital marketing expertise with a passion for people to strengthen Keyrus’ employer brand and drive candidate engagement across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver digital marketing and growth hacking campaigns to attract Data and Digital talent worldwide.
- Partner with general marketing and TA colleagues to develop strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, website, email).
- Define target candidate personas and create tailored content to attract and convert top candidates.
- Manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Showcase the Keyrus employee experience through authentic storytelling and creative content.
- Support and empower recruiters to communicate our brand effectively and nurture long-term candidate relationships.
