The role is designed for a Specialist Professional (P4) with strong subject matter expertise, capable of working with limited supervision, influencing across sites, and driving hands-on execution in a global factory environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Quality Assurance & Compliance Management
- Lead and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 series and applicable regulatory standards across the general Switchgears factory network




- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Define and deploy quantitative metrics and monitoring systems to track process and product quality performance across sites
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of inspections, deviations, and non-conformities, driving closure via structured change control processes
- Support and enable management reviews, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, and actions
- Integrate risk management principles into quality processes to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
- Ensure alignment with Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements
- Ensure strong linkage with compliance, governance, and audit requirements across Switchgears

Continuous Process Improvement & Analysis
- Lead complex improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodolo
