Summary: Responsible for, but not limited to,



performing the manufacturing engineering tasks necessary to efficiently manufacture quality products and maximize productivity through the creation or enhancement of equipment or processes to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework, and process variation.
- Analyze production and KPI data (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime) to improve throughput, stability, and efficiency.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by validating manufacturability, tooling readiness, and process capability.
- Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation (Work Instructions, Process Flows, PFMEAs, Control Plans, setup sheets) in compliance with IATF 16949.
- Conduct process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and implement corrective actions for out‑of‑spec or unstable processes.
- Lead and support root cause analysis (RCA) for internal defects, customer complaints, and audit findings, implementing robus
