religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.Objetivo GeneralEjecutar y dar seguimiento a las actividades operativas y estratégicas asignadas para cumplir los objetivos de ventas, marketing o servicio al cliente según su posición específica.Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:* Dar seguimiento a actividades de ventas, campañas o iniciativas comerciales.* Brindar atención a clientes internos o externos.* Ejecutar reportes o tareas asignadas por la gerencia del área.* Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales según necesidad.* Contribuir al cumplimiento de KPIs del área.* Participar en capacitaciones o entrenamientos relacionados con su función.* Supervisión en campo a la fuerza de ventas en el cierre de la venta y proponer nuevas estrategias para el cumplimiento de los objetivos.* Generar los KPI ́s del patrimonio comercial de la región, así como generar estrategias de retención y crecimientos del mismo.* Visitas a los clientes TOP de la zona, buscando mejorar el relacionamiento y retención con los principales clientes.*
