What you’ll do
- Process, validate, and record supplier invoices in compliance with Mexican electronic invoicing regulations and SAT guidelines.
- Ensure that all incoming invoices meet SAT requirements prior to processing to maintain compliance.
- Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.




- Oversee accounts payable aging and guarantee that payments are made within the established terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly to maintain good vendor relationships.
- Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs, including transfers, checks, and electronic payments.
- Maintain organized and current records of all accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing and Finance teams to resolve any invoice and payment issues that may arise.
- Provide ad hoc support to the US Accounts Payable team, including processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and other related tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the accounting department.
