Requirements
- 10+ years of technology program/project management experience managing large transformational programs, and projects in a large-scale matrix organization; responsible for schedule, budget, and scope; oversight of multiple project managers and vendors.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery; with solid experience using agile delivery tools.
- Experience in Retail domain, more specifically in Ecommerce website and mobile app systems.
- Proven experience as a Project, Program or Application Delivery Manager leading enhancements, migrations, or integrations with delivery teams and platforms.



PM should have the ability to understand one or more of the following application development tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead others across all levels of the organization.
- Lead sophisticated and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define achievements and handle resources. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate and mitigate risks and communicate status to upper management and other stakeholders. Engage and energize the project teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issue partner concerns and provide support to teams balancing challenging priorities.
