Responsibilities
- Maintain customer specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP, etc.)
- Follow up open invoices/payments in alignment with Account Manager and Finance
- Manage OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and according to Brose standards – organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer
- Record Management - Customer contracts (Tooling / P/C Price / Prototype)
- Manage commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose, incl. GECOS, SAP, customer change management system – track and close open topics
- Assist Account Managers with new business proposals,



develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations
- Prepare monthly reports for business updates (SAP, Forecast)

Qualifications
- 2-year Associate degree in Business or Technical program or 3-5 year experience in Industrial support function
- English fluent
- Automotive experience desirable
- Well organized and good communication skills
- High Excel knowledge
- Flexibility with workload and schedules
- Desirable MRP knowledge (SAP)
