Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the organization, guidance, and development of the MX technical program management team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive leadership experience and manufacturing process knowledge to build, lead, and optimize departmental operations,



which focus on managing our network of Manufacturing Partners to fulfill orders of custom mechanical components for our customers. Your core focus will be on establishing rigorous standards of work (SOPs), driving team structure and accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure flawless cross‑functional execution.
