Role

The Regional Account Executive is a front-line revenue driver responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landers' commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management. This role owns the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation to close - while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The idóneo candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.

This role manages a regional territory, maintaining key accounts while developing new relationships. Primary targets include commercial opportunities for restoration, emergency response, and construction work.

Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach,



and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.
- Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy, representing ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility.
- Manage all activities within the CRM (Luxor), delivering weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, and tracking performance against established targets.
- Prepare proposals and confidently deliver in-person professional product demonstrations.
