About The Role
Lead and optimize our wave soldering operations and through-hole technology (THT) printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes. This role will be responsible for process ownership, continuous improvement,



and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence, product quality, and efficient manufacturing in a dynamic electronics production environment.
This position is onsite and is located in our Manufacturing Plants in Camargo and Jimenez Chihuahua.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage all aspects of the wave soldering process, including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of related equipment.
- Oversee THT PCBA manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, process, and quality engineering teams to support new product introduction (NPI), design for manufacturability (DFM), and process qualification.
- Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve yield.
