Implements Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation training programs to drive waste reduction, improve process flow, and enhance throughput while ensuring alignment with quality systems such as ISO and regulatory compliance standards. Drives measurable cost reduction by closing skill gaps, improving first‑time quality, and reinforcing standardized work.

Facilitates adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies by developing workforce capabilities in Industry 4.0, automation, and digital workflows. Strengthens organizational agility through cross‑training strategies and ensures readiness for new product introductions and evolving production demands. Reinforces safety, environmental,



and compliance requirements through structured training programs that promote a proactive safety culture.
