Position Overview
The human resources generalist is responsible for executing tasks related to Human Resources,



acting as a strategic point of contact for the company's employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
What you'll do
- Organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management.
- Promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Management of labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations.
- Support in the application of Psychosocial Risk Factor surveys and compliance with NOM-035.
- Design, elaborate and update Human Resources metrics ensuring compliance with the indicators.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Develop creative content for the different communication channels. Design graphic materials
- engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos)
- Implementation of HR projects.
- Administration and follow-up to the "Suggestion Box".
