Position Overview

As a Sales & Customer Service Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of sales representatives.
- Mentor team members to improve performance, sales techniques, and customer interactions.
- Handle inbound calls and manage escalated client inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure the team meets KPIs and sales goals.





This role is adecuado for professionals with experience in sales teams who are comfortable leading, coaching, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales and customer service team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance.
