Enactor is seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of its unified commerce platform for enterprise retail clients. Based remotely in Mexico City, this role involves working closely with global teams and customer stakeholders to configure, customise, and integrate retail POS and store systems. You will lead requirement gathering, system implementation, and technical workshops while acting as a trusted product expert. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role ideal for professionals with strong retail systems knowledge, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions.

The Role

This position is a hands‑on role dedicated to helping large, complex retail clients implement the Enactor applications and systems in their businesses. You will be working with technical and business people within customer teams to define and implement application configurations, application enhancements, customizations and technical integrations between systems.
