Summary
Analyzes and implements integrations using Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud and Oracle OIC/OCI to meet business objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business understanding. Exercises judgment in implementing technical solutions to meet business needs. Provides direction and mentoring to development/support team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing and translating business, information, and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that fits within Enterprise Reference Architecture and outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms. Collaborates with offshore and nearshore integration developers and cloud admin. Coordinates with business SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to develop technical solutions and troubleshoot production issues.



Develops architectural approaches, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and recommends infrastructure design improvements. Estimates effort and scope for enhancements and bug fixes. Creates/reviews technical specifications. Ensures success of planning, configuration, and deployments. Influences key application and infrastructure decisions. Modifies procedures to solve problems considering system capacity, SLAs, and business requirements. Conducts quality assurance reviews and documents team procedures. Coordinates architecture implementation and post-implementation efforts to enhance performance and functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience, including 5+ years as a technical lead. Experience leading development/production support teams. Required experience with ERP SaaS applications (Oracle ER
