The AI Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to identify use cases, collect requirements, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across the enterprise. This role includes business analysis skills with hands‑on solution development, ensuring that AI opportunities are translated into practical, secure, and scalable solutions.

The scope of work includes requirements gathering, prototyping, integration, and deployment of AI-enabled applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services (including Azure AI Foundry/Studio, Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI), and other emerging tools. Through close collaboration with IT, PLM, and Business Systems teams,



the AI Systems Analyst will help embed AI capabilities into core business processes.

Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize AI and automation use cases.
- Collect and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
- Build, configure, and deploy AI-enabled applications and workflows using Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and Cognitive Services.
- Develop scripts, connectors, and API integrations to extend platform functionality where required.
- Prototype and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases.
