This is an Outside Sales role; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Relations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain, strengthen, and expand existing customer relationships.




- Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- Ensure direct customer engagement through in‑person visits.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings to strengthen customer relationships.

Sales Planning
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve sales plans aimed at increasing revenue, contribution, and customer value.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategy development.

Bids & Contracts
- Develop strategies for bids, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with prospective customers to understand their business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build strong, quality-focused business relationships.

Compliance
- Strictly adhere to OOCL’s competition compliance policies and procedures.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and compliant business practices.
