Your Role

As a Senior Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to cross‑functional teams, driving business intelligence and analytics solutions that support critical decision‑making across our regional and integral organization. Your main objective is to develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence processes and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting while engaging with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for Sales and Marketing and Distribution Bluebooks, focusing on end‑to‑end process ownership
- Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and dashboards
- Develop and maintain data cubes and visualization tools that support business strategy
- Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of business intelligence reports
- Translate technical concepts into insights suitable for diverse audiences across business functions
- Propose and implement process improvements in analytics workflows




- Provide technical expertise on data‑driven projects and build knowledge‑sharing among team members

Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (mandatory)
- At least three years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis, preferably in the technology industry (mandatory)
- Proven communication skills with ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences (mandatory)
- Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence and data visualization principles (mandatory)
- Self‑motivated, proactive, accountable, creative, and collaborative problem solver
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
