Responsibilities
- Execute Grants Management operational plans to maintain annual fundraising levels at USD 250 million through 2027.
- Implement strategies to achieve Engagement Chapter KPIs related to resource mobilization.
- Deliver on individual work plans as well as multi-year plans within the DFS team.
- Ensure consistent application of institutional grant management policies and procedures.
- Identify and map key risks across the DFS area, contributing to effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the prospecting process for new funding opportunities within existing multi-partner agreements.
- Support cultivation and stewardship efforts aimed at strengthening multi-partner collaborations.




- Foster strong relationships with all units and internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination throughout the grant‑project cycle, including monthly reconciliation meetings.
- Manage grant‑related information, records, documentation, and archiving in a timely and accurate manner: produce monthly pipeline and aging reports, manage Unit email account, and manage Funder Platforms to ensure timely and accurate data entry and compliance.
- Improve the functioning of the department: develop templates, update and disseminate the DFS Grant management Manual, and build capacity on DFS processes within the unit and other units internal and external clients.
- Coordinate grant management steps along the project cycle in collaboration with involved units internal and external clients: provide feedback to comply with funder requirements, ensure Financial and Technical Reporting delivery and assurance quality standards, serve as the main coordination point and front desk with auditors for grant‑rel
