About the Role:
As a Strategy & Analytics Lead, you will act as a key partner in shaping strategic initiatives across the organization by leveraging data, analytics, and financial modeling. You will lead and influence cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into actionable insights, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive results. While you won't have direct reports,



you will lead project workstreams and guide collaborative efforts across multiple departments.
This is a highly visible role that requires a strong mix of analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to facilitate conversations and gather feedback from diverse stakeholders. You'll be expected to identify opportunities, propose new projects, and own the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including user story definition, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
