As an EHS Generalist, you will help improve environmental, health, and safety excellence across one or more sites. You will support compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture focused on safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement. You will report to EHS Chief.

Key Responsibilities
- You will implement, maintain, and improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and procedures.
- You will monitor compliance with applicable EHS regulations, permits, and company requirements.
- You will conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
- You will investigate incidents, determine causes, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- You will maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- You will partner with site leadership and teams to promote safe work practices and environmental stewardship.
- You will deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.




- You will support internal audits and regulatory inspections and help address audit findings.
- You will monitor EHS performance metrics and recommend actions to improve safety and environmental results.
- You will assist with construction-related permits, documentation, and audit activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety roles.
- Working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience maintaining regulatory and compliance documentation.
