Primary Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence‑based, client‑centered interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a caseload consistent with full‑time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week)
- Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings,



and team consultation

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW)
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
- Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
