Role Overview

If you’re someone who thrives on helping others and keeping things organized, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact in opening claims, drafting and sending letters, and gathering essential medical records. Your work will directly support clients and providers, making a meaningful impact every day. This position is adecuado for someone who communicates clearly, stays positive under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA)





Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Opening new claims and initiating documentation
- Drafting and sending professional correspondence
- Requesting and collecting medical records from providers
- Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
- Supporting internal team processes with accuracy and timeliness

What We’re Looking For:
- At least one to two years of experience in legal roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail in all aspects of do
