Join our dynamic team as an Integration Engineering Professional and drive innovation at the intersection of electronics and mechanics We're seeking a talented individual to lead complex electromechanical solutions and make a lasting impact on our product development.
What will you do:
- Lead and execute structural, dynamic, and multiphysics FEM analyses (static, modal, thermal, fatigue, nonlinear, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and maintain Model‑Based Design (MBD) architectures using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Build co‑simulation environments that integrate FEM outputs into MBD frameworks when needed.
- Partner with design, test, and product engineering teams to correlate simulations with physical testing.
- Document assumptions, boundary conditions, results, and design recommendations in clear technical reports.
- Communicate results to U.S.-based customers and internal stakeholders in clear, fluent English.
- Support design reviews by recommending structural improvements based on analysis findings.
- Contribute to best practices, standard procedures,
and simulation automation initiatives within the team.

- Proven track record in electromechanical system design and integration, with expertise in both electronic and mechanical components.
- Strong technical leadership abilities with experience in cross‑functional team environments.
- Mastery of multiple specialized skills in electromechanical and electrotechnical domains.

- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Finite Element Analysis using tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, OptiStruct, or similar.
