What You’ll Do
A Nonstop Field Technical Support Consultant provides onsite technical services to help customers achieve their business objectives. Technical services include ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical environments running on HPE Nonstop Servers, working closely with enterprise customers to deliver proactive and reactive support.
How You Will Make Your Mark
- Provide Level 1 technical support for incidents related to HPE NonStop hardware and some software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
- Apply patches, firmware updates, and collaborate applying software upgrades in coordination with customer change management processes.
