The Solutions Analyst, Strategic Initiatives will support Stand8's internal operations by identifying process inefficiencies, improving workflows, and supporting adoption of new tools and operational improvements. This role will contribute to enablement, documentation, data integrity, onboarding excellence, employee experience, and 5-Star Service initiatives. The position is ideal for an early-career professional who is curious, analytical, and motivated by improving systems, processes, and engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and support adoption of new tools, processes, and operational improvements.
- Lead training, documentation, and digital adoption initiatives through SOP development, enablement resources, and process improvement.
- Champion projects, rollouts, events, or other opportunities to explore your passion and make a difference.
- Contribute to internal project operations - from onboarding excellence to 5-star service and data enrichment, there are several ways to contribute.
- Own data integrity and enrichment as a foundation for success.
- Support Stand8's 5-Star Service initiatives through employee experience programs, recognition efforts,
