We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with experience in NY City DOB processes to join our growing team. This role is adecuado for someone with a strong background in residential design and proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting techniques.

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required
- Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.
- Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.
- Knowledge of design software tools such as AutoCAD.
- Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.
- Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
- Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.
- Experience and proficiency in drafting and using Autodesk AutoCAD for drawings.
